		<description>Thanks for the complement. I know there are quite a few coffee blogs out there, I was hoping, in addition to coffee and the cafes, I would get some haiku in there too... but that might not happen quite yet :)

I use &#039;simple&#039; camera set-up. I have a Nikon D40 with which I use a couple of Nikkor lenses (18-55, 55-200, 30-70)  depending on the type of shot I am looking for. 

One of these fine days, if I even make a lot of money, I&#039;ll buy the new Nikon D700 ... that would be nice!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m actually planning on a trip to Port Townsend next month for the first time, so I&#039;ll have to drop on by a taste of the coffee it sounds like. FYI - there&#039;s no industry term for the whole process of brewing the coffee, so no need to worry. There is the separate acts of pulling of the shot, frothing the milk and the occasional latte art.

Fun blog btw, I just stumbled across this via Google. You can&#039;t go wrong with food and coffee in the Seattle area. I&#039;m curious what camera setup you&#039;re using for your photographs?</description>
